The Boat House Guesthouse is situated in the Cairngorms National Park and is just 4 miles drive from the A9 and 1 mile off the A95 between Aviemore and Grantown on Spey.
We are approximately a 20 minute drive to the Cairngorm Ski Centre and the main range of the Cairngorm Mountains, where 6 of Scotland and the UK’s 7 highest mountains are located here.
Many other Munroes, Loch Garten and the RSPB Osprey Centre is around a 5 minute drive from us. There are numerous woodland/forest trails which start as close as 100 metres from us.
